Burnaby Artists Guild
The Burnaby Artists Guild was formed in 1970. Its aim is to promote the appreciation of and participation in the visual arts among its members and in the community. The Guild endeavors to encourage and inspire its members, as well as, assist its members' development. Thru the Looking Glass presents a diversity of styles and techniques by over twenty-five Guild members
This non-profit visual arts society, founded over 30 years ago by Ingeborg Raymer is run entirely by volunteers and includes a full spectrum of artists. Their mandate is to promote art in the community and to encourage and inspire visual artists at all levels and in all mediums.
The guild’s show in the Deer Lake Gallery will consist of a wide variety of acrylic, pastel & watercolour artwork from their members.
Opening reception: Saturday, May 5th, 2-4pm
