2017 Call for Crafter’s is Open!
Are you interested in participating? Last year we completely booked the event with no extra space available. If you are interested in participating in 2017 book early! We currently have a waiting list for jewelry & handmade soap artisans – please call prior to paying the jury fee.
We are NOW accepting applications.
This is a juried show so we need to see images of your work. You can email us photos or links to websites or blogs. Once you have sent in a application form, jury fee and we have viewed your work we will get back to you and let you know if you are now on the waiting list.
*Please note that all items must be handmade by the applicant. We will not accept vendors who are consultants for other companies.
2017 Cost Breakdown
Jury Fee – $15 (new artisans only)
Booth Rental – $280
BAC Membership – $25.00
Electricity – $10 (if you require the use of an electrical outlet)
Extra 2′ space – $20 (limited space available – confirm with coordinator first)
The cost to participate in in the 3 day event is $280 for approximately 8′ x 3′ space plus $25 for a Burnaby Arts Council Membership. For first time artisans there is one time $15 jury fee that must be paid when applying. You can pay the jury fee, through paypal below, or by cash/cheque sent to our office. Return artisans do not have to pay the jury fee again. Electricity is included in the fee.
If you require an extra 2′ of space there is an additional charge of $20.00 (please confirm that space is available before paying!) and if you require electricity for your booth there is a $10 charge.
Friday, November 24th – 11:00 – 7:00 pm
Saturday, November 25th – 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, November 26th – 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
